1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to all access to and use of the BitcoinReversal website, research content, analytical tools, member areas, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility and jurisdiction

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that access to this type of financial research is permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Nature of the Service

BitcoinReversal operates as an independent market research, digital content, and analytics platform. The historical comparison is governed by the published Methodology. The Service provides analytical frameworks, historical context, and interpretative tools related to Bitcoin markets.

BitcoinReversal is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, asset manager, or custodian, and does not execute trades or manage funds on behalf of users.

4. No financial advice

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice.

Any decisions you make based on the Service are made at your own discretion and risk. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

5. Risk disclosure

Bitcoin and related markets are volatile and may result in significant losses. Past performance and historical analysis do not guarantee future results. Please review our Risk Disclosure for additional details.

6. Accounts and access

Certain features require an account and/or a paid purchase. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or access rights to others unless explicitly permitted in writing.

7. License and permitted use

Subject to compliance with these Terms and, where applicable, payment of fees, BitcoinReversal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal use through one individual account for the duration of your access.

You may take reasonable screenshots for personal reference. Except for the public-research uses expressly permitted in section 7.1, you may not redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service (or substantial parts of it) available to others.

7.1 Public research: sharing and citation

You may link to any public BitcoinReversal page. For commentary, education or reporting, you may reproduce a screenshot of a publicly accessible BitcoinReversal research chart, quote a short excerpt of its published explanation, or use an embed expressly provided by that public page. Keep the BitcoinReversal credit, the chart title, the observation date and any material limitations visible, and include a link to the original page. Do not present historical or delayed observations as a current signal.

This limited permission applies only to material BitcoinReversal is entitled to authorize. It does not permit redistribution of raw third-party data, imply endorsement, or grant access to or sharing rights over private member charts, current member signals, accounts or proprietary code. Third-party attribution and license conditions continue to apply. For uses outside this permission, contact support@bitcoinreversal.com. This public-research permission is an express exception to the sharing restrictions in sections 7, 10 and 11.

8. Purchases and "lifetime access"

Paid access is granted upon successful payment through supported payment processors. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Service is actively offered and maintained by the operator, not for the lifetime of any individual user and not as a guarantee of perpetual availability.

We may update, refine, or modify the Service over time, including adding, removing, or changing features, as part of ongoing product maintenance and research evolution.

9. Prices, taxes, withdrawal rights, and refunds

The product price, currency, and any payment-provider charges controlled by us are shown before you place an order. Tax treatment may depend on the purchaser’s location and the operator’s current registration status. Mandatory consumer rights and legally required taxes are not excluded by these Terms.

EU/EEA withdrawal notice: Consumers may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may be lost only where the consumer expressly consents to delivery beginning during the withdrawal period and acknowledges the resulting loss of the right. Where the purchase is legally classified partly or wholly as a service, the applicable mandatory service rules remain in force.

Checkout requires a separate, unticked consent for immediate digital delivery. The consent text, result, and order timestamp are stored with the order. Refusing immediate delivery must not remove any mandatory right; it may instead delay delivery where that option is operationally offered.

Refunds or remedies remain available where required by law, including for non-delivery, lack of conformity, material defects, duplicate charges, or billing errors. Outside mandatory rights, delivered digital access is generally non-refundable because the user receives immediate access to protected content and software.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share the Service or its outputs, except for the public-research uses expressly permitted in section 7.1.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary logic, methodologies, or protected components.
  • Bypass access controls, licensing mechanisms, or security features.
  • Use automation, scraping, or excessive requests that degrade performance or compromise integrity.
  • Use the Service in any unlawful manner or in a way that harms the platform, other users, or third parties.

11. Intellectual property

All research content, analytical frameworks, visualizations, designs, trademarks, and underlying methodologies are the intellectual property of BitcoinReversal or its licensors.

No rights are granted to you except the limited license expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Third-party services and technical requirements

Payment options may include Stripe for card payments and NOWPayments for supported cryptocurrency payments. Those providers process payment data under their own privacy terms. BitcoinReversal does not store full card or wallet credentials.

Access requires a current web browser, JavaScript, cookies needed for authentication, a stable internet connection, and a valid individual account. Functionality is delivered through the browser; no broker, exchange, wallet, or TradingView account is required unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

Security, compatibility, and product updates may be supplied during the access period. Material functionality and interoperability information will be shown before purchase. Third-party components can change, but mandatory consumer remedies are not excluded.

13. Availability and modifications

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. BitcoinReversal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or that the Service will be free of errors.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitcoinReversal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section excludes warranties, conformity requirements, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded for consumers.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitcoinReversal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the Service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, gross negligence, or liability for personal injury where applicable.

16. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for direct loss caused by your unlawful, fraudulent, or intentional misuse of the Service. This clause does not require a consumer to waive statutory rights or indemnify BitcoinReversal for the operator’s own breach, negligence, or legal responsibility.

17. Termination

BitcoinReversal may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses legal, security, or operational risk. We may also restrict access to protect the integrity of the Service.

18. Governing law and consumer disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protection available under the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts or an applicable approved consumer dispute-resolution body. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter.

19. Force majeure

BitcoinReversal shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside reasonable control, including network outages, third-party failures, regulatory actions, or events of force majeure.

20. Severability and assignment

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. BitcoinReversal may assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.

21. Updates to these Terms

The version accepted at purchase governs core price, access, and delivery rights for that order. We may make proportionate updates for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility, or product improvement. Material adverse changes will be communicated where required and will not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
