Card payments may be processed by Stripe and supported cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments. These processors receive the transaction and identity data needed to complete, secure, and document the payment under their own privacy terms. BitcoinReversal does not store full card numbers, card security codes, private wallet keys, or exchange credentials.
7. Analytics, consent, and cookies
Essential cookies are used for authentication, checkout integrity, security, and consent storage. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are classified as non-essential statistics tools. They may load only after statistics consent. Google Consent Mode v2 defaults analytics and advertising-related storage to denied; advertising personalization remains denied.
You can withdraw or change consent at any time through the cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. See the Cookie Policy for current cookie details and durations.
8. Recipients and processors
BitcoinReversal does not sell personal data and does not use it for third-party behavioral advertising. Data may be processed by Stripe or NOWPayments for payment, the website and email hosting providers for infrastructure, WordPress/WooCommerce service components for account and order delivery, and Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity only after statistics consent. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
9. International data transfers
Some processors may handle data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with supplementary safeguards where appropriate. Provider-specific details are available in the relevant processor privacy notice.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work. Requests may be submitted to support@bitcoinreversal.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Retention
Account data is retained while access is active and for a limited period needed to resolve disputes or secure the Service. Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by Swedish law. Support messages and security logs are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer necessary for their stated purpose.
12. Security and automated decisions
We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administration, security logging, and processor safeguards appropriate to the risk. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated processing.
13. Policy updates
This notice may be updated when processing, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated where required. The revision date identifies the current version.
